Sophie's 1st Summer Camp...

So over the past 2 years Sophie's has made a great friend. Her name is Michelle. Michelle invited her to a week long Christian Summer camp. She was excited to go, but as most parents would attest, it was a bit nerve racking for us as this would be the 1st time she would be away from us (2 1/2 hours away) with anyone other than family. No phone access either. Eek. So after some research and much thought, we decided to let her go. Well it was all for the best. She got tons out of it and had a fabulous time, so it's likely to be a yearly event. Of course we had to be there for the drop off and pickup so feel free to check out the images. The whole camp had an Old West theme, complete with horses and shoot'em up performances. Overall... a really great experience for her.

Yeah weddings pretty much sucked the life out of me this summer so now that the season is over, I have time to post. As usual... lots of visuals to share.

Hi Folks,

A very busy wedding season has taken over my time and I've neglected to send out updates. I have been snapping away but too busy to post. Enough excuses. Ok, here we go.

So after a crazy holiday season behind us, we finally got to spend some time with our friends Joe and Melinda and thier new twins Mia and Tessa. We had a great dinner and some good baby time with their new girls. Camera in hand, I snapped a bunch to capture the day. Check them out.
